An Education In Malice
by S. T. Gibson

This book had me in the first half, but the whole time I wasn't really sure how I felt about the professor role. Do i like her or is it really inappropriate? I'm not sure, but I wish it was more about the main couple without the professor nonsense. I wanted there to be more longing and for it to be more of a slow burn and to delve into the characters more. But it was a fine book and an easy quick read.

Mala's Cat
by Mala Kacenberg

A quick read. Mala's Cat isn't a feature as much as a character that would come and go and somehow miraculously find her which leads to my next point. It seems like the truth was smudged a bit to be able to make for an interesting read. It is a sad retelling of a personal experience during WW2. I'm glad she did end up writing her book like she told her polish mates in Germany.
